Wade Hill was born and raised in the beautiful small southern town of Clayton, North Carolina. Wade’s
musical footprint from a very early age was rooted deep in Classic Country, Gospel, Southern Rock, and
Classic Rock. These musical foundations have helped influence and shape his style & sound in a way that
uniquely allows him to float between multiple music genres without limitation.
While music was always a driving force in his life it wouldn’t be until after college, on the shores of Wrightsville Beach, NC where
Wade would truly begin to shape his craft learning the guitar and writing music.
Wade’s voice has been compared to the likes of Country and Southern Rock legend Travis Tritt. Some of his own personal inspirations and influences include George Strait,
Waylon Jennings, Chris Stapleton and Bob Seger just to name a few.
After the shutdown of 2020 Wade Hill and The Revival would come to fruition. In the summer of 2022
the band had the opportunity to open up for The Marshall Tucker Band, The Malpass Brothers and fellow local Clayton favorites, Aaron Hamm & The Big River Band.
The future looks increasingly bright for The Revival who looks to enter the studio summer of 2023 to start tracking their Freshman Album "The Sanctuary".
Keep an eye on these fellas and be sure to keep tabs on their upcoming shows!
